Refund & Cancellation

The Royale Peacock reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order. The Royale Peacock at its sole discretion may cancel any
order(s):

• If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
• If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Service or
• For any reason outside the control of the The Royale Peacock including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.

Refund/cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:

Cancellation of orders are only allowed within 48 hours of the order being placed, in this case, the entire order amount will be refunded.

The refund will be processed within 3 business days after the final inspection of all facts and data required to process the refund.
